The Buffalo Bisons today announced that SNY - the offical television home of the New York Mets, Jets and Big East Conference - will broadcast five Buffalo Bisons games LIVE during the 2010 season.
The five-game schedule will begin on Thursday, April 29 with the Bisons' 6:05 p.m. game against the Durham Bulls (Tampa Bay) at Coca-Cola Field. Also included in the schedule will be the Bisons home games on May 2 (Louisville), June 3 (Syracuse), June 14 (Lehigh Valley) and August 23 (Pawtucket).
"We are extremely pleased to continue our relationship with the SNY network with five more games in 2010," said Mike Buczkowski, Vice President/General Manager of the Buffalo Bisons. SNY's comprehensive sports coverage had entertained and informed millions of New York sports fans and we are excited to showcase Bisons baseball to those markets."
The Bisons announced in March that 45 Bisons games will also be shown locally on Time Warner Cable SportsNet 13 starting with Opening Day, Wednesday, April 14 against the Pawtucket Red Sox. A complete 2010 televisions schedule can be found on Bisons.com.
