Has your child ever dreamed of running onto a professional baseball field? Now they can with our Baseball Buddies program. Parents or guardians can nominate their child, ages seven to 12 years old, to become one of our Baseball Buddies. If selected, your child will get the opportunity to accompany a Great Lakes Loons player in the dugout and run onto the field together for the National Anthem. Children will also receive a Baseball Buddies T-shirt and two lawn tickets to their selected game.
The “Play Ball” Kid
Everyone knows the game can’t begin unless those two famous words are proclaimed. As the Play Ball Kid, your child could have the honor of starting a Great Lakes Loons game. Children, ages five to 12 years old, can be entered by their parent or guardian to have the chance to announce to everyone that it is time to “play ball!”
